Draconic Evolution x Just Dire Things

Draconic Evolution items usually don't like shaders from Iris shaders or Oculus (NeOculus for 1.21.1), while there is a built-in resource pack for 2D, usually fixing the issue, while at the same time it is an eyesore to look at. 

This could possibly be an alternate solution to have the ability to see the items while having a good-looking texture that isn't from 1.12 times. 

I mainly made this because personally I don't like the resource pack it provides, and I love the Eclipse Alloy tool textures, and thought what if DE didn't have an eyesore 2D resource pack. 

The Draconic and Chatic Staff was the only one I had to fully remake; it does look a little odd being at 64x when the rest is 16x, but it doesn't look bad, at least.
