Fixes:

• Polished Granite is now called "Granite Bricks" instead of "Bricks"
• Enchantment Table GUI uses the new lapis lazuli texture on the grid
• Beacon GUI has green beacons rather than rainbow (leftover from previous color of emeralds)
• Leaves now display the proper colors when on fast graphics
