Dive to the Heart

I felt like making the keyblade from Kingdom Hearts, and got a tad carried away, so I made the objects from the dive to the heart as well. This pack requires either Optifine, CIT Resewn, or another custom item model mod. The keyblades are iron or higher swords or a bow, the Dream Sword is diamond or higher swords, the Dream Rod is a bow, and the Dream Shield is, of course, a shield. The pedestal is just a piece of paper. All of these require mending (except the pedestal) at minimum, and any of the names below to work. They don't have the enchanting glint, though your normal items/armor will still have it. The pedestal goes in an item frame placed on the bottom of an iron bar or similar non-full block, and the weapons in one on top of it.
