Adds compatablity to some mods for the disc changes in amendments on the jukebox.

Compat for Mods:
Alex's Caves, Alex's Mobs, Caverns and Chasms, Create: Connected, Enlightened End, Hominid, Jaden's Nether Expansion, Nirvana, Oreganized, End's Phanstasm, Rubinated Nether, Vanilla Backport, Wetland Whimsy, Windswept, Create: Clockwork
