First beta release

This is a beta version of the Default DX resource pack for Minecraft 1.13. Keep in mind that not everything you saw in the 1.12 version is in the 1.13 resource pack as there is still content to be added.

Optifine F3 is incompatible for Forge for Minecraft versions 1.13 - 1.13.2 because of the massive rewrite of the Forge mod loader for 1.13 and above, and it hasn't been updated. To see both vanilla and Optifine features for 1.13, play Minecraft 1.13 with just Optifine but without Forge. To see only the vanilla features for 1.13, play Minecraft 1.13 with or without Forge but no Optifine.
