This Resoursepack is for all Minecraft Java versions
I did not test the water with optifine

Include grass.png and foilage.png in assets/minecraft/textures/colormap.
Include the older format in misc folder (not assets/minecraft/textures/misc)
The colormaps are reduced to Sega Genisis colorpallete
