Darks Wardance Mega Compatibility Bundle (datapack)

A very large and growing datapack containing cross compatibility combat values for a large amount of mods with War Dance and Cloak and dagger.
What's new
With the recent update to attributizer in 1.19.2 exporting the datapack should (probably) be the same as exporting it to 1.20.1. in this case.
In this version
Spartan's weapons values have been updated to work with it's latest version in 1.19.2, and likely 1.20.1 once it's updated. *fingers crossed*
Also L2 shields among other things which were meant to have attributizer buffs to balance them properly have all been fixed now that the tag system from 1.20.1 is available for 1.19.2
Balance is once again achieved, until it is proven otherwise.
