--Rebuilt the base mod Rail & Tie outfit as #06015, put revised version in the pack.

--added West Side Lumber Co. Log Skeleton Car with a Loaded and Unloaded version

--Rebuilt the 6000 series Flatcar for your enjoyment.

--lots of tweaks to inventory in cars, now most cars should have a even inventory with no missing slots

--Bugs are everywhere, I fixed a few!

-fixed coupler on C-25 tender being backwards; my bad.

-fixed a whole lot of tracking issues (where trucks did not accurately follow the rails)

-tweaked some textures and noise levels on cars

-changed the coupling distance on many newer cars, need to go back and change the old ones too.
