As said, This pack replaces the Totem of Undying with a crucifix (it looks a bit more yellow in-game than in the icon), and also changes the name of the item to of course, Crucifix.
NOTE: You should be able to use this pack in pretty much any version of Minecraft with totems. Ignore the message telling you it's incompatible.
