Creating Consistency

Changes many items and blocks from the base game and a select few mods to follow the art style of the Create Mod

I added Mekanism support in Mod Support 2.0
Added Thermal Foundation Support in "Mod Support 1.0" or the file literally called Thermal Foundation Support
Note: The smithing table and enchanting table have modified GUI to match with the Lapis and Netherite
Added Tinker's Construct support in "Tinker's Construct Support"
