Makes dyed belts in the Create mod a solid color rather than only the edges
Replaces the Textures for the dyed belts in the Create Mod with a solid color one rather than the striped edges the mod has by default, making them more unique looking at a distance than normal, and giving dyed belts more use in decoration as moving surfaces of all minecraft colors
