Removes swamp music from non-swamp biomes, among other fixes.

- Reorganized Lush Caves json.
- Swamps now only play Swamp Music.
- Removed unused custom swamp sound event 'cause i couldn't get its data pack to work.
- Added changelog.txt.
- Deserts and Badlands no longer play 'One More Day.'
- Forests, Flower Forests, Jungles, Bamboo Jungles, and Sparse Jungles now (effectively) use music.game.
- Replaced "C418 plays more." in the pack description with the version number.
