Removes swamp music from non-swamp biomes, among other fixes.
What's new
- Made Lena Raine's music play more often in non-Wastes Nether biomes to be more in line with the Bedrock version of the pack.
- Moved Lena's music to the top of the Nether sound events.
- Changed the pack icon to be easier to read in-game (and also 'cause i ported the pack to older MC versions and the previous icon wouldn't make sense there).
- Added changelog.txt.
- Changed the contents of minecraft:music.overworld.old_growth_taiga to be more in line with the Bedrock version of the pack.
