I hated having to cheat in Butcher's Delight's Hoglin hide whenever I killed a Hoglin, and cheating it back when I needed the Nether's Delight one - soo, I made a little "patch":

Just throw the hide item into your crafting grid (any should work) and get the the corresponding item from the other mod.

That's it!

I use Forge 47.2.0, so this is made for the 1.20.1 Forge Version of these Mods. It should work with other versions as well, as it's just a few lines of basic code. If you are on a different version of Minecraft, you could easily change the pack format in the .mcmeta file according to this list if you wanted to.
