Connected Panes!

Connected glass panes without Optifine or other mods!

This resource pack makes the textures of glass panes of any color connect like optifine would.
It is in no way meant to be a replacement for optifine or any connected textures mod.

Connected Panes! is an alternative to optifine, providing connected pane textures in case optifine is incompatible with your mods / modpack or you just don't want to use it.

If you are looking for a very lightweight way to make your glass pane textures connect without optifine this is the resource pack for you.

The glass blocks, no matter the color, are left in their vanilla state. This resource pack is only for glass panes.
