Commonwealth Limited -American diesel is a resoucepack addon for Immersive Railroading, as such, it does not any block/vanilla replacement textures, only content for the Immersive Railroading mod. This one part of a larger "pack family", this one based around Locomotives, Diesels (and one electric locomotive)

Important: as mentioned, this requires Immersive Railroading (Recommended to use the test builds on the BETA Versions)

To Install, it is highly recommend you install the pack via config/immersiverailroading as IR will load the pack automatically without having to use the vanilla resoucepack system.
