Clean redstone

Vanilla redstone dust is a hand-drawn 16x16 texture. The arms wobble, the
thickness changes from piece to piece, and long runs end up looking messy.
This pack replaces it with a crisp, mathematically exact 2-pixel line,
generated at 4x resolution (64x64) so it stays sharp.

Every piece is the same width, every straight run is perfectly straight, and
junctions line up exactly. The centre node is exactly as wide as the lines, so
a corner or junction reads as one continuous wire, and an isolated piece of
redstone reads as a simple, clean dot.

Only the redstone dust on the ground is changed. Nothing else in the game is
touched - the dust item icon, redstone torches, lamps, ore and blocks all look
exactly as before. The textures are plain white + alpha, so Minecraft's own
power-level tinting (dark red when unpowered, bright red when powered) still
works perfectly at every strength.
