Custom Enemy Redesign
- Repainted all 27 custom enemy material layers across the 9 ClayGrounds enemy types.
- Replaced the early placeholder/striped entity materials with fully authored creature textures.
- Rebuilt all 9 custom enemy models with distinct silhouettes.
- Migrated custom entities to modern Minecraft 26.2 item-model definitions.
- Removed obsolete legacy paper-model override routing.
- Corrected entity model ground alignment.
- Added transparent vanilla carrier textures so native hitboxes remain usable without exposing carrier visuals.
Model & UV Fixes
- Added explicit UV mapping to custom enemy geometry.
- Removed invalid/no-op model rotations.
- Corrected out-of-range texture sampling on complex entity shapes.
- Converted partially transparent entity materials to clean opaque surfaces.
- Fixed ghosted/repeated internal cuboid faces.
- Corrected Canopy Fang material assignments and eye glow mapping.
- Fixed Clayling head geometry for Minecraft 26.2 UV baking.
Articulated Entity Rigs
- Split all nine enemy models into separately animated body components.
- Added dedicated head, torso, arm, leg, claw, and tail model parts.
- Added animated multi-leg components for Vinecrawler and Canopy Fang.
- Preserved animated weapon and shield attachments.
- Added specialized Shorewarden head and claw assemblies.
- Preserved existing entity scale, texture identity, and ground alignment throughout the rig conversion.
Companion Pack Integration
- Added automatic DAI companion-pack enablement.
- Added stable companion ID:
claygrounds. - Added managed version metadata so newer ClayGrounds resource packs can replace obsolete versions automatically.
- Maintained namespace synchronization with the ClayGrounds datapack.
- Updated the pack through DAI 1.9.5, 1.9.9, 3.0, and 3.1+ companion systems.
Particle & Material Improvements
- Added explicit particle-texture fallbacks to models that previously depended on implicit texture resolution.
- Preserved and refreshed the ClayGrounds custom particle set.
- Improved entity-material atlas compatibility for Minecraft 26.2.
- Retained dedicated glow, accent, and main material layers across the enemy roster.
DAI 3.1 Presentation Upgrade
- Added a custom 1920×1080 ClayGrounds loading illustration.
- Added a dedicated 512×512 ClayGrounds loading emblem.
- Added a redrawn 256×256 pack icon.
- Added ClayGrounds-specific startup and loading visuals.
- Added themed loading colors, logos, and presentation assets.
- Performed an edge-aware HD refresh of authored items, entity materials, and particles.
v0.7.0 — Complete Option B Visual Pass
- Completed the full high-detail visual companion overhaul.
- Redrew the gameplay item and ability icon set with improved detail while preserving original image dimensions.
- Expanded the HD pass beyond entity textures to the wider ClayGrounds visual environment.
- Added a complete block/material refresh for the blocks used throughout the ClayGrounds world.
- Added custom high-detail terrain, sandstone, stone, mud, prismarine, terracotta, quartz, foliage, water, lighting, and structural materials.
- Added refreshed HUD elements including hearts, hunger, hotbar, selection, crosshair, and experience-bar assets.
- Preserved the established ClayGrounds color language and silhouettes instead of simply increasing texture resolution.
- Updated managed companion metadata to
0.7.0. - Finalized the resource pack as the complete visual companion for ClayGrounds v0.7.0.
