Chromatose [x64] - Minecraft with a Painter's Touch

Changed things around for Chromatose.  This will only be a *base* pack without any of the MCPatcher features, However I've also created two *addon* packs, one optimised for Optifine with SEUS and the other with MCPatcher in mind.  I'm going to keep the last [1.7] version up still if anyone wants to use it instead.
