Requires optifine to work. When the game asks if you're sure you want to load this pack because it was made for an older version of minecraft, press the yes button and it will work.

MAKE SURE TO ENABLE CUSTOM ENTITY MODELS AND RANDOM ENTITIES IN THE SETTINGS OR ELSE IT WON'T WORK
