Port of futurazoo and enemeez1's resource pack for 1.7 and 1.12 to 1.16

Port of the resource pack by futurazoo and enemeez1 that retextures most of Botania's flowers to more closely match the minecraft artstyle. They all look quite good, if you ask me.
