TERMS OF USE – BOCRAFT CUSTOM LICENSE

By downloading, installing, or using this texture pack (BOCRAFT), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use.

These terms apply to the entire texture pack, including its files, textures, graphical assets, and other original content belonging to their respective owners.

1. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

✅ Modify the texture pack for personal use.

✅ Use the original version in single-player or on a Minecraft server, both client-side and server-side.

✅ Use a modified version in single-player, without any particular restrictions regarding client-side installation.

✅ Use a modified version on your own server, provided that it is installed and distributed exclusively server-side (Server Resource Pack Only).

2. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by the author.

❌ Redistributing or republishing the project.

You may not republish, rehost, upload, or make the texture pack publicly available, whether modified or unmodified.

❌ Sharing the texture pack as a file.

You may not distribute the texture pack as a file, whether in its original or modified version, even for free or through private messages.

To obtain the original version, each user must download it through the official distribution platforms: CurseForge or Modrinth, depending on the project's availability.

Please note that not all versions of the project may be available on Modrinth.

❌ Deleting or modifying the terms-of-use.txt file.

You may not delete, modify, replace, or move this file while the texture pack is being used or kept.

This restriction does not apply when deleting the entire texture pack during uninstallation.

❌ Using a modified version client-side on a server.

Any modified version intended for use on a Minecraft server must be installed and distributed server-side only (Server Resource Pack Only).

Using a modified version directly on the client when playing on a server is prohibited.

3. Automatic Distribution on Servers

When using an authorized modified version on your own server, automatic distribution of the texture pack to players joining the server is permitted.

This permission is strictly limited to the use of the texture pack on the relevant server. It does not grant permission to independently redistribute the project.

4. Intellectual Property

The texture pack and its original assets remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Downloading or using the project does not constitute a transfer of copyright or intellectual property ownership.

The permissions granted under these terms constitute a limited, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license.

No additional rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in this document.

Third-party assets remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

5. Compliance with These Terms

Any use of the texture pack that does not comply with these Terms of Use may constitute a violation of the granted license and, depending on the circumstances, applicable intellectual property laws.

The author reserves the right to request that unauthorized use cease and to enforce their rights through appropriate legal channels.

6. Changes to These Terms

The author reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use.

Updated terms will be published alongside the project and will include their revision date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions applicable in the user's country of residence and relevant European Union regulations.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable legal rules.
