Removes all Words from tooltips and Inventories

While playing survival, other than opening the Advancements or getting an Advancement, You will never see ANY words.

Currently overrides en_us while active.

Could in future if people require, duplicate that file and overwrite EACH language file in order to have your menus and UI in your native language.

It should work for most versions 1.16 and onward, not yet 1.20.2

Built for a server, but could also be a template for new Conlag Translations
