Biomes O' Plenty's Mahogany Texture is changed because I wanted a wood colour between oak and spruce.
Clay has been given a complete overhaul - The original clay had the same texture as sand but just coloured blue. This new clay texture gives it a more realistic colour.
Sandstone has been redone so it makes sense - Previously it made no sense to have a smooth surface on top of Regular Sandstone. Regular Sandstone has a sharpened texture and looks more like its bottom texture.
Jacarada Leaves are now flowers like in real life!
These are my two favourite mods, and I want to make my own textures for them which are consistant with BetterTextures' modified textures
Description
BetterTextures is a resource pack (New Name Coming Soon!) which adds a number of tweaks and changes to vanilla textures. Some textures have either been overhauled completely or have a minor HSL shifts so they fit in with other blocks more.
There is going to be a texture overhaul for Vanilla Minecraft 1.13, and I will merge some of the new 1.13 textures with their block's 1.12 textures if they are both controversal (I've already done this for birch as seen here: http://imgur.com/BCWsOiP)
Wools have been modified so that they aren't oversaturated like in 1.12 or dull like in 1.11 and before (Some of them are a merge of the 1.11 and 1.12 textures). Terracotta Clay and other coloured blocks are more or less colourful.
The pack also contains UI button designs which look more smooth (it uses Stained Clay textures instead of a stonelike texture), an improved model for torches (they now have a metal holder instead of them being slanted), 3D doors and trapdoors, and much more!
New for 1.5.0
A few fixes, and my birch texture is now included in the pack. Clay Texture is now greatly improved with less colours used. The thin 'slabs' that appear in smooth and chisled sandstone are now restored.
A changelog is included in the .zip file with all the changes that this Resource Pack brings.
Compatability
BetterTextures works with 1.12.x and should be fine in 1.11.x . Using 1.10.2 and earlier will probably cause the horse UI to bug.

Credits
- Credit to Paint.NET which is what I used to make the textures.
- The piston textures are from u/Xisuma and u/MushirMickeyJoe, I added those textures to the pack so that my resource pack folder isn't too cluttered.
