BetterSnow

Thanks to a new discovery, I've been able to create the effect I was originally going for in v1.0, but with a seamless texture that is truly universal, which doesn't use a complex model. I simply cannot take the credit for this wonderful achievement, so go give the post that inspired this update a diamond and a heart <3

New Features:

The pack now uses OptiFine's "block.properties" to allow for the snow layer model to have a cutout texture

The snow layer model has been simplified, and now uses a simple set of rules and techniques to achieve the Universal Snow effect
