Classic Reimagined Resource Pack License

 

This license ("License") is granted by the author, MrGlitchDogePe ("Author"), to any person or entity ("Licensee") who wishes to use, modify, or contribute to the "Classic Reimagined" resource pack ("Resource Pack"). By exercising any of the permissions granted by this License, Licensee accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

 

Permissions:

 

1. Fair-Use: Licensee is permitted to use the Resource Pack for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Author, provided that Licensee complies with the Conditions and Limitations stated in this License.

 

1. Modification: Licensee is allowed to modify the Resource Pack for personal use or for the purpose of creating derivative works, such as resource pack adaptations, as long as the modified works are used in compliance with this License.

Limitations:

 

1. Distribution of Unofficial Releases: Licensee is prohibited from distributing or making available any versions of the Resource Pack that have not been officially released or authorized by the Author as official releases.

 

1. Distribution of Unreleased Releases: Licensee is prohibited from distributing or making available any pre-release or beta versions of the Resource Pack that have not been officially released by the Author for public use.

 

1. Distribution of Counterfeit Releases: Licensee is strictly prohibited from distributing counterfeit or fake versions of the Resource Pack that falsely claim to be authored by MrGlitchDogePe or are intended to deceive or mislead users.

 

1. Distribution of Early-Access Releases: Licensee is prohibited from distributing early-access or alpha versions of the Resource Pack unless explicitly authorized by the Author for such distribution.

 

Termination:

 

This License is effective until terminated by either party. Licensee's rights under this License will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use, distribution, and modification of the Resource Pack and destroy all copies of the Resource Pack in their possession.

The resource pack is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the resource pack or the use or other dealings in the resource pack.
