Better Shiny Gengar (for Pixelmon)

Neat little resource pack that replaces Gengar's shiny texture! Instead of the near identical purple it is changed to a silvery white to be more in line with its shiny Mega and Gmax colors

Requires Pixelmon 9.0.0+
