Old Menu Screen Panorama recreated with shaders and greater render distance

This resource packs recreates the menu screen panorama.

It adds shaders (BSL) and increases the render distance to 16 chunks.

Works with all versions after 1.8

Special thanks to Minecraft@home for finding the world seed of the original panorama.
