Better Programmer Art Noteblocks (Style B)

This was originally Created by: Kusionaye but I have updated it to 1.17+ and altered the textures to align more with the Vanilla (Programmer Art) style.

Pack Features:
- Shows the block that the Noteblock is on in the "background" of the Noteblock (The instrument)
- Shows the specific note (Cycles between sharp and flat)
- Has an octave indicator in the bottom-right corner
