Better Mana Bar for Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks

This is a resource pack that replaces the Mana Bar from Iron's Spells & Spellbooks with one that I feel fits most modded environments a bit better. It changes the all blue mana bar to a more stylized rainbow one, and changes the plaque to be a star rather than whatever it was supposed to be before. The metal texture is also a little bit darker than before.
