Release 4.0

• Changed the glowing cave urchin to a simple line so it doesnt confuse with diamonds or hide ores
• Changed all of the froglights to a uniform colour 

And a couple more tweaks and and there, 5.0 sometime later

Same as 3.0, tested from 1.21.5 till 1.16, but can work on versions below
