Updates the hud to be more in line with modern minecraft textures while still keeping that vanilla feel to it

- Changed almost every flashing heart to be more consistent with eachother
- Added dehydration and victus mods support !
- Redid the pack.png image
- Made some colors on the appleskin palette more consistent with others
- Actually added unique hardcore hearts to golden berries
- Made the ping icons a blend of their java and bedrock designs
