Better Default

Oh lordy, it's been a minute.

This is beta for a reason. Tons of unfinished stuff left in the pack, and plenty of stuff missing, but I cleaned it up a bit so it's usable. 

This supports both the older versions of optifine and the newer, hence why the mcpatcher folder is still there. I'll phase this out eventually.

There's also some stuff for the 1.14 snapshots if you're using those.

Changes

• New textures for slimeball, all books, sea grass, and the debug stick.
• New bedrock and stone textures.
• Torches now have a 3D model in the inventory.
• End crystals have been overhauled.
• Fish entities look like their old textures now.
• Some changes to the skybox resolution.
