Better Centered Vanilla Crosshair

The vanilla Minecraft crosshair is off-center. This resource pack fixes that issue and makes the crosshair a single pixel smaller, since the default is strangely large.

The vanilla crosshair is off-center!?

The default Minecraft crosshair texture is 15 by 15 pixels. The problem is that most monitor resolutions are made of even numbers of pixels. Trying to place a odd-numbered icon directly in the middle of an even-numbered screen leaves the crosshair off-center.
