Make boats fancy and item accurate

Description

OPTIFINE or ETF+EMF REQUIRED

This pack makes boats more accurate with a bow at the front of the boat, adds seat for a better look

and changes the paddles to boat items with a respective wood color and not shovels instead of paddles.
