Optimizations plus bug fixes

Zombies created by a player dying from a zombie were no longer listed with their respective names.

Skeletons grabbed your items when they switched to the bow and then switched back, and the grabbed item was replaced by their iron sword.

Endermen didn't grab you because the chunks they tethered you to weren't loaded, so they never tethered you.

Piglins didn't give you anything for the gold because they had the loot table pre-1.20.5.
