Allowed Terms

1. Use, modify, remix, transform, and build upon the Material.
2. Distribute modified forms of the Material publicly, Monetized or not.
3. Redistribute the Material privately.
4. Include the Material in media which may be Monetized, such as: videos, live-streams, posts, or screenshots.

Prerequisite Terms

1. Provide clear, obvious, and accessible credits to the Licensor. If available: provide the credited name(s), credited group(s), and link(s) to the original Material.
2. Indicate if any modifications were made to the Material. This can be done through a simple explanation of the modifications.
3. Modified forms of the Material must be distributed under the same license as the original Material.

Disallowed Terms

1. Distribute the Material behind Paywalls, or through Monetized URL-shorteners.
2. Distribute the Material publicly, without any meaningful changes.
3. Claim to own the Material, claim to be the official source, or suggest to be endorsed by the Licensor.
4. Use or train AI models, neural networks, or other similar technologies with the Material.

1. THE MATERIAL COMES AS-IS, AND PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
2. TO THE EXTENT THAT'S ALLOWED BY THE LAW: THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM THESE TERMS OR FROM USING THE MATERIAL.

Definitions

1. "Licensor" means the individual(s) or entity(s) offering these terms.
2. "Material" means the art or other Material which is under this license.
3. "Monetized" means to receive monetary compensation.
4. "Paywalls" means charging money to access the Material.
5. "URL-shorteners" means URLs, typically provided by a service, which perform things like collecting traffic data, and hosting ads, before redirecting to the final destination link.
6. "You" means the individual exercising the terms under this license.
