This is a very small resource pack that simply changes bedrock's model to match stone's model. That said, since it doesn't actually modify bedrock's texture, this resource pack fits smoothly with any other resource pack to still make stone and bedrock look identical.

The point of this resource pack is for players on anarchy servers with known seeds (like 2b2t) to be able to share screenshots of their base at bedrock level without someone reverse-seeding the pattern and finding their coordinates, or for content creators on said servers to do the same without having to edit out any shots of said base. Or let's say you have an illegal build on one of these kinds of servers and you want to share it with that community without an admin coming to break all your bedrock - all super situational stuff. If you think you're gonna be taking screenies down at y=6, this pack may be worth having even if just to situationally toggle - would be neat to see a client that, like xray, could toggle this pack (or anything similar) with the press of a button.

Even though this resource pack is for 1.12.2, it should have no problem working with most other versions as it only changes two lines in the .json files. This pack is not limited to 16x as listed since it just switches models, if you're using a 256x resource pack (or even higher), this'll work just the same.
