Adds AzurCraft (aka ALMC) entity icon support for Xaero's World and Minimap

Description

Adds compatibility between Xaero's mapping mods and AzurCraft!

Characters will now show as profile-styled icons in both the minimap and full map.

To use, drop the zipped file into resourcepacks and select it inside the game's menu.
