Makes the atmosphere (Fog/Clouds) much more appealing to your eyes (Eyes not included.)

- Clouds are now tinted by the fog, causing sunsets and sunrises to turn the clouds... uhh... sunrise/sunset colors?
- Fog is now bluish, 'cause why not?
- New sun and moon textures to make the size more consistent with real-life.
Most features are completely customizable by going to assets/atmospheric/shaders/include/config.glsl
