Argon's 3D Ladder

Give Minecraft’s familiar vanilla ladder a more dimensional look with Argon’s 3D Ladder. This resource pack adds a custom 3D model with raised side rails and multiple crosspieces, creating visible depth when the ladder is placed against a wall.

The pack keeps Minecraft’s original ladder texture, so its familiar vanilla colours fit naturally into the game. It also includes a custom item model, giving the ladder the same updated appearance when viewed as an item. The pack changes visuals only: crafting, placement, climbing, and other gameplay behaviour remain unchanged.

Separate pack files are available for Minecraft Java Edition 1.18–1.18.2, 1.19–1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4, 1.20–1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3–1.20.4, 1.20.5–1.20.6, 1.21–1.21.1, 1.21.2–1.21.3, 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.6, 1.21.7–1.21.8, 1.21.9–1.21.10, 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.2, and 26.3. Choose the file that matches your Minecraft version.

No mods are required. To install, place the downloaded ZIP in your Minecraft resourcepacks folder. Open Minecraft, go to Options → Resource Packs, and enable Argon’s 3D Ladder. Keep it above any other pack that changes the vanilla ladder model.
