Adds all the Custom Cobblemon skins from the APS server

APS Skins

Currently, only 2 skins are in the pack, AI Weezing and Serperior. The next release will add ~30 more skins once our off-season pack is completed which these ai skins are made for. Final version is planned to have at least 200 skins in APS5!
