Apple Hunger Bar

Replaces hunger bar with apples, adds more detail to HUD elements and makes the crosshair smaller. Yummy!

For those who prefer juicy apples over the traditional hunger bar.

New and Improved Icons! As you can see, I also added more detail to the existing UI elements like hearts, armor, bubbles and more!
