Introduced oxidation for all tools, weapons, and armor pieces.

Tools and weapons show oxidation to all players in-game.

Armor pieces currently only show oxidation as items in the inventory or when held in hand.

Note: Oxidation on worn armor is not yet visible to other players. This feature may be added in a future update.
