Adjusted the shield size in the item frame so that it displays at the correct size
Adjusted the shield size in the item frame so that it displays at the correct size for the vanilla shield, steel shield in Immersive Engineering, and cloggrum shield in The Undergarden
I will not backport this to versions before 1.18.2. I will be porting as I transition from version to version on my personal pack.
