Accessability Pack 21w07a

WARNING: FOR SNAPSHOT 21w07a, TRYING THIS IN 1.16 VERSIONS MAY HAVE BUGS (but Might still work)

This  was originally for my Dad, because he has trouble seeing ores in caves (With new caves being so big).
But wanted to help other people, so here you go.

This Pack changes ores colors (Including Nether ores, but Excluding Ancient Debris) to the highest Saturation scale (so to say), and adds outlines to make it easier to see.

This pack also changes other things, this includes

- Tuff, adding a Purple outline to it
- Lava, making the luminosity wave-length smaller
- Glow Lichen, making it red (Because I always think its diamond)
- Grimstone, making it more like the color of Stone
