What's new

• Added better clouds, fixed a minor issue where the character would turn blue underwater, and a new option for configuring the sky and sunlight rays. (And RGB Outline option has also been added to the miscellaneous options, but it's not working yet, and I'm working to fix it.)

• Shader name changed from SnowHard Shader to VanillaEX
