VANAKAMSMPs Shader Pack
Copyright (c) 2026 Pranish M / VANAKAMSMPs (vanakam.me). All rights reserved.
This licence covers the shader pack: everything under "shaders/" (the GLSL
programs, shaders.properties, block.properties, the language file and the
textures) together with pack.png. It does not cover the separate
VANAKAMSMPs Resource Pack, which carries its own licence (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
because of the material it merges; see CREDITS.txt and
LICENSE-Default-Dark-Mode.txt inside that pack).
You may
1. Download, install and use the pack with Minecraft on any client,
server or launcher, for personal or community play, free of charge.
2. Use the pack on the VANAKAMSMPs server and record, stream, screenshot
or publish footage made with it. A credit ("VANAKAMSMPs Shader Pack,
vanakam.me") is appreciated but not required.
3. Change the settings and edit the files for your own use.
4. Study the code and reuse small snippets of it with a credit to the
VANAKAMSMPs Shader Pack.
You may not, without written permission from the copyright holder
1. Redistribute the pack, or any modified version of it, in whole or in
substantial part: no re-uploads, mirrors, modpack bundles or edits
posted elsewhere. Link to the official download instead.
2. Sell the pack or any derivative, charge for access to it, or put it
behind a paywall, advertising link or key system.
3. Remove or alter the VANAKAMSMPs name, logo, splash screen or this
licence, or present the pack or its code as your own work.
4. Copy its shader programs into another shader pack that is
distributed to others.
Official download and permission requests: the VANAKAMSMPs server,
vanakam.me.
The pack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the
authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from
its use.
Third-party notice: the pack contains no code or assets copied from other
shader packs; other packs were studied as references only and every
program here is original work. The ACES tonemapping curve is the widely
published approximation by Krzysztof Narkowicz. The noise texture is
generated by the pack's own tools and the logo belongs to VANAKAMSMPs.
