Prismarine Shader

1) Tweaked underwater lighting again
2) Added very cursed volumetric clouds from the old versions of Prismarine
3) Tweaked fog
4) Tweaked volumetric light
5) Added big stars. As the name tells, they're just bigger than normal stars :>
6) Added Iris support! Fixed the rainbow flickery sky at night and some other bugs
