NOVAFLARE Personal Non-Commercial License
Copyright (c) 2026 Piotr (NOVAFLARE). All rights reserved.
1. Scope
These terms cover the original NOVAFLARE code, artwork and documentation
to the extent controlled by the author. They do not replace third-party
licenses or revoke permissions previously granted for earlier copies.
2. Personal use
You may download, install and use this pack privately for non-commercial
Minecraft gameplay. Personal backups and local changes for your own
non-commercial use are permitted. Keep this license with your copies.
3. Commercial use and distribution
Prior written permission from me is required to sell the pack or its
parts, charge for access, monetize the pack or modified versions, use it
commercially, sublicense it, or provide paid or advertising-funded downloads.
Reuploading, redistribution, publishing modified versions and including
the code or artwork in another distributed project also require written
permission. Giving credit does not grant these permissions. Users receive
no general commercial license. Commercial licensing rights remain with
the author.
4. Author-authorized publication
The author may publish and monetize the pack. For an author-authorized
CurseForge submission, the permissions required by the accepted CurseForge
and Overwolf platform terms remain effective, including hosting, delivery
and platform monetization. This platform exception does not authorize other
users to resell the pack, operate monetized mirrors or publish commercial forks.
5. Other rights
Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow a license
to restrict, or changes the licenses of Minecraft, Iris, Sodium or external
resource packs. No trademark rights or permission to impersonate the author
are granted. Obtain additional permissions from the author through the
official NOVAFLARE project.
6. Warranty
The pack is supplied without guarantees of compatibility, performance or
freedom from defects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the author
accepts no liability for losses arising from its use. Mandatory legal
protections still apply.
